The California Environmental Legislative Caucus was founded in 2005 by Senator Sheila Kuehl and Assemblymember Fran Pavley to provide legislators a monthly forum to discuss pivotal environmental issues facing California. Past discussions span a wide range, from state park closures and hazardous waste impacts on disadvantaged communities, to the statewide cap-and-trade program and solar net metering. |
